Are all your castles new?

Yes, we only stock the latest models.


How much are the costs to hire the jumping castles?

Please contact Dave on 0449842370 for prices. The area required is shown on the castles page.


How can I pay?

You can pay by cash on the day or by paypal.


Are you insured?

Yes, we have $10,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance.


How many children can be on the jumping castle at one time?

Our jumping castles hold between 8 to 10 children all under the age of 10 years old. The responsible adult supervising the children will also need to make sure an appropriate mix of children is on the castle at any given time.


Are your jumping castles clean?

Yes, our castles are clean and in good condition when delivered to your home/venue.


Are we responsible for any damage or cleaning of the castle after use?

Yes, you are responsible for any damage to the castles caused by misuse or negligence, and you will be charged for the cost of the repair.

Will the jumping castle be delivered and set-up before the party starts?

Yes, the castle will be delivered 30 minutes before your party starts. However, if required, can be delivered earlier at no extra cost.


Does the jumping castle require continuous supervision?

Yes, someone over the age of 18 years old will need to supervise at all times for the children’s safety. If required, we can provide adult supervision for $40.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours).


Can castles be set up next to trees, walls or powerlines, etc?

No, there must be a reasonable distance away from these objects, especially powerlines to ensure the safety of all concerned.


Can the castle be set up in a public park?

Yes provided you get council approval. If there is no power and a generator is required then an additional fee of $80 for 4 hours or $100 for 7 hours will apply.


How much access do I need for the castle to be manoeuvred to the set-up site?

Approximately 1.5 metres. If there are any obstructions such as air-conditioners, water heaters, etc or steps, you must inform us prior to the day as additional charges may apply if we need extra staff to deliver. If the driver is unable to manoeuvre the castle to the set-up site without prior warning of access then the driver has the right to cancel the castle.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a $50 deposit is required to ensure your booking. This can be paid by direct credit or by paypal instead to the day of the event. The balance is to be paid to the driver on delivery.


Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes we charge a minimum $25 delivery fee for any delivery more than 20 km.


Will I be charged a cancellation fee?

Only if you decide to cancel the castle on the day of the event for reasons other than bad weather, your deposit will then be non-refundable. If the weather does not look good on the day of your event, we will contact you and give you the option to deliver the castle or cancel it. If you decide to go ahead with delivery then full payment will be required. If you cancel the castle then your deposit will be refunded.


Can the castles be erected on concrete or hard flooring?

Yes they can, as long as there are no stones and very little slope. Please advice at time of booking.
